What is Konjac Glucomannan?
- It's a off white powder which extracted from Amorphophallus Konjac. Konjac is a plant grown in China, Japan and Indonesia. This plant is part of the Konjac genus. Normally, it thrives in warmer parts of Asia. Konjac extract is also called as Konjac glucomannan. Glucomannan is a fibrous substance that has traditionally been used in food formulations, but is now being used as another way to lose weight. In addition to this benefit, Konjac extract has other benefits for other parts of the body.
