Product Description:

Cinnamon polyphenols (CPS) is one of the main components of cinnamon. At present, the main chemical constituents identified are flavonoids and their polymers, including catechins, epicatechin, cinnamon polyphenols A2, A3, A4, methyl hydroxychalcone, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), type A proanthocyanidins, type B proanthocyanidins (haploid, dimer, trimer, polymer), condensed tannins. Ferulic acid, etc. The product has good water solubility and edible alcohol and water are used in the processing.
