What is Tart Cherry Extract ?
The cherry extract is an active ingredient extracted from the fruit of M. marginata of Malpighia (Malpighiaceae), which contains protein, sugar, fruit acid, vitamin A, B1, chemicalbookB2 and vitamin C.Niacin, calcium, phosphorus, iron, etc.
With very good anti-anemia, anti-fungal, anti-genetic toxicity, and a strong superoxide anion free radical, hydroxyl free radical, DPPH· free radical scavenging ability, can be used as a natural antioxidant in food and cosmetics industry.
