Product Description

2-Acetylthiazol an oily liquid with the aroma of corn, fried chestnut, baked oatmeal, roast meat, nuts, bread. Natural products are found in beef gravy, potatoes, pork livers, and white bread.

Uses

Used for deployment of oatmeal, popcorn, bread, meat flavouring essence etc.
It is also used to prepare triazolium thiazole analogs, chiral alcohols, and aldol condensation reactions.
It is used for blending cereal, popcorn, bread and meat flavor. The recommended dosage in the final flavored food is about 0.2-1.4mg/kg.

Usage limit
FEMA (mg / kg): 0.2 for soft drinks, 0.9 for cold drinks, 1.4 for sweets, 0.6 for gums and 0.7 for foods containing protein.

Application
GB 2760-1996 allows for the use of food with spices.
This products can be widely applied in flavor, medicine, reagent, fine chemical industry, and additive of food and beverages industry etc.

Storage conditions:
