Product Description:

Amoprofen hydrochloride is the first mor-pholine derivative, trade name Leceryl, which has been listed in several countries in the world. Amoprofen (amorolfine) is a derivative of phenylpromor-pholine, whose structure is completely different from antifungal drugs such as polyenes, azoles and acrylamines, belonging to the mor-pholine family. The chemical formula is 4-{3-[p-(1-dimethylpropylbenzene)]-2-methylpropyl}-2-cis-dimethyl-mor-pholine hydrochloric-acid. Amoprofen has significant broad-spectrum antifungal activity against medically important fungi and has dual bactericidal and bacteriostatic activities. Dermatophytes were the most sensitive to it, yeast, dark sporidium, pityrosporum and biphasic fungi were also highly sensitive, but less sensitive to mold, especially Aspergillus, Fusarium and Fusarium. However, it still has high activity against common fungal onychomycetes, such as Hudson's yeast Chemicalbook, Alternaria alternata and broomomycetes, and its efficacy is similar to that of yeast. Studies have shown that amoprofen not only inhibits the growth of fungi, but also has extremely bactericidal function, and its bactericidal ability mainly depends on the concentration of amoprofen and the time of contact with bacteria, and the germicidal effect can also be achieved with lower concentration for a long time.

Application
Amoprofen hydrochloride is used to treat superficial fungal infections of skin and mucosa, such as tinea corporis, tinea Manus, tinea pedis, tinea cruris, onychomycosis, etc.
