Product Description:

Perilla aldehyde is colorless or slightly yellow oily transparent liquid. A cinnamaldehyde like aroma, there is oil peanut flavor. Boiling point 235 ~ 237ºC[1.0×105Pa(750mmHg)]. Soluble in ethanol, benzene, insoluble in water.

Uses
