Product Description:

Benflumetol is a yellow crystalline powder with bitter almond odor and tasteless.It is easily soluble in chloro form, slightly soluble in ace tone, almost insoluble in ethanol, and its melting point is 125 ~ 131ºC.Benflumetol, a new type of drug developed in China, has been used to kill sexually and asexual strains of P. vivax on Pirkle-Pirkle-type chiral column (Pirkle-Pirkle-type chiral column). Pirkle-type chiral chiral alcohols (Benflumetol) have been used to prevent P. vivax from chiral chiral column.It can also kill falciparum asexual, but the effect is slow.It can reduce the blood gametophyte rate and inhibit the development of gametophyte in mosquitoes.Trials in areas where chloro quine-resistant falciparum malaria is endemic have shown that the cure rate for chloro quine-resistant or multidrug resistant falciparum malaria is more than 95%.Combined with arteether, the antimalarial effects of the two types of alcohols were complementary to each other, and the effects of this type of alcohols on chiral insecticide were found to be complete and long-lasting, but the symptoms were slow to be controlled.Arteme ther is quick, but the rate of recombustion is high.Animal experiments show that the toxicity of this product is very small, and no adverse reactions have been observed in clinic.
