1. White to light yellow solid, melting point 78 ~ 80ºC.

2. Sweet fruit and caramel aromas.

3. Soluble in oil, insoluble hand water.

4. The detection threshold of aroma is 0.03-60 μg/kg. The characteristic taste threshold was 5mg/kg.
