Magnesium L-Threonate, a patented compound developed by scientists at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2010, has been shown to improve working memory, short-term and long-term memory and learning ability by animal studies.

Magnesium has long been recognized as an essential mineral for the human body, which can affect more than 300 important physiological functions, such as contracting muscles, keeping the heartbeat, generating energy, and activating nerves to send and receive information.
