Product Description:

The production method is condensation of 3, 4-hexamethylene ketone and 1, 2-diaminopropane. Colorless to light yellow liquid with aroma of coffee and nuts. Soluble in water but turbid, soluble in oil and organic solvents, mixed in ethanol at room temperature. The boiling point of 203 ºC. Natural products are found in coffee, hazelnuts, potato products, etc. GB 2760-96 defines spices as permitted for food use.
